Responsibilities:
* Assist the CEO with
research tasks, including market analysis, competitor research, and industry
trends.
*
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the
CEO.
*
Manage and maintain CEO's calendar, ensuring all appointments and deadlines are
met.
* Help
maintain the CEO's social media presence by drafting and posting content on
various platforms.
*
Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the CEO, including
emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
*
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents for meetings and
presentations.
*
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, scanning, and
organizing documents.
Requirements:
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with
the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
* Prior experience in social media management and content
creation is a plus.
