As an Administrative Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our leadership by managing key business functions, attending meetings (both in-country and abroad), preparing and presenting business presentations, and ensuring seamless coordination between the CEO and other departments. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized, and professional individual who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Executive Support:
Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
Handle travel arrangements and logistics as required.
The candidate is required to attend all business meetings, whether held within the country or abroad.
The candidate must be able to prepare and present business presentations effectively to clients, stakeholders, and partners.
Act as a professional representative of the company during meetings, ensuring clear communication of company goals, values, and strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary data and insights for business presentations and meeting discussions.
Be prepared to travel domestically or internationally as needed for meetings and company representation.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain confidential files and records.
Respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the CEO.
Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and correspondence.
Team Coordination:
Act as the main point of contact for internal and external communication with the CEO’s office.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by the CEO.
Support the CEO in managing team projects and deadlines.
Office Management:
Ensure all administrative functions are efficiently managed.
Oversee office supplies and equipment related to the CEO’s office.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but skills and experience are prioritized over formal education.
Skills:
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience: Prior experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is a plus.
8-hour daily shifts, with flexibility as needed to accommodate the CEO’s schedule.
