Position: Administrative Assistant to the (CEO"S Team)

We are excited to announce the creation of a newly innovated team, the "CEO's Team," focused on driving business development and strategic growth. As an Administrative Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our leadership by managing key business functions, attending meetings (both in-country and abroad), preparing and presenting business presentations, and ensuring seamless coordination between the CEO and other departments. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized, and professional individual who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Executive Support:

    • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

    • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.

    • Handle travel arrangements and logistics as required.

    • The candidate is required to attend all business meetings, whether held within the country or abroad.

    • The candidate must be able to prepare and present business presentations effectively to clients, stakeholders, and partners.

    • Act as a professional representative of the company during meetings, ensuring clear communication of company goals, values, and strategies.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary data and insights for business presentations and meeting discussions.

    •  Be prepared to travel domestically or internationally as needed for meetings and company representation.

  2. Administrative Tasks:

    • Maintain confidential files and records.

    • Respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the CEO.

    • Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and correspondence.

  3. Team Coordination:

    • Act as the main point of contact for internal and external communication with the CEO’s office.

    • Collaborate with different departments to ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by the CEO.

    • Support the CEO in managing team projects and deadlines.

  4. Office Management:

    • Ensure all administrative functions are efficiently managed.

    • Oversee office supplies and equipment related to the CEO’s office.


Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but skills and experience are prioritized over formal education.

  • Skills:

    • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

    • Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).

    • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.

    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

    • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Experience: Prior experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is a plus.


Working Hours:

8-hour daily shifts, with flexibility as needed to accommodate the CEO’s schedule.
